Joy is a point of view!!!!!

People are quitting their job because they are unhappy
Joy is not happy happiness
Joy is not the spectacular
Hebrews 12:2
Joy was not in the event but in the outcome.
He felt the pain…nails, stripes, spit, blood
Pain vs Purpose
Lifting weights vs. Being hit with a weight.
Jesus was not surprised from the pain
1. Joy is a focus before its feeling.

Aime people are not happy and that’s a mental condition that has nothing to do with joy.

The way to find out if you are happy is not to ask yourself “am I happy” that’s the wrong thing
to do.
Scrolling you will always “look around”
Don’t base your joy on others.

3. What do they drive
4. How many friends do they have
5. What is the difference in their marriage
6. Why are their kids like that
7. Where do they live
8. Where do they work
9. What do they think about me
10. How do they have so much time and money
