There a a lot of things that are against us having an awesome:
awesome Family
awesome Marriage
awesome Children
awesome Relationships
Families are not awesome by accident.
You have to fight to make it awesome and not average
Average and mondained is what the enemy wants us to have.
I don’t want to spend a lot of time on those but focus today on what it looks like when a Dad is
fighting for his family to make the atmosphere “fun”
The opposition is apparent: All kinds of forces working against us.
Economic Forces
Spiritual Forces
Moral Forces
Cultural Forces
All of them want to break down the threads that hold your family together.

Building An Awesome Family
1. Should be Playful and Fun
This is a key ingredient to have in a awesome family it should be fun.
Today families can loose this and become stiff and:
Too Busy
Too Tired
Too Negative
Too Worn Out
Too Serious
Who wants to come home from school and find that list in their house?
Most families are all work an no play
They are just trying to make it to the next appointment ……� (on time)�

Your family is not a boot camp and parents are not Sargents
Your family is not a business and parents are not CEO’s
Your family is not an experiment and parents are not scientists
There is no perfect child
and there is no perfect family
There is no science to making a perfect family with a little of this and a little of that
A perfect family is an art
We all know that the Bible has a lot of rules and messages on how to work
But most people do not know that the Bible says play is also an important part of life and
family
Play is connected to creativity
People that don’t play lack creativity and thus they become board and dissatisfied in
relationship
Play is essential to adults just like it is to children

How much time do you have left…you cant wait until retirement
